After three years, Canadian Red Cross first aid and CPR certificates will expire, requiring participants to renew them. Our Cornwall First Aid & CPR/AED Recertification courses are offered for private training, ideal with groups of 8 or more participants to enroll in. To be eligible to earn this WSIB approved certificate, participants must have a valid (not expired) Canadian Red Cross certificate that is not from a previous Recertification course.
The Recertification course has been designed to refresh participant’s memories on how to respond to emergency situations. Students will primarily practice hands-on skills with our top-notch equipment, building confidence in their life-saving skills. Our Cornwall First Aid & CPR/AED private training course is offered in an Online Blended format which is WSIB approved, great for those with busy schedules! The Online Blended format is split into two sections: Online and In-Class. The online portion must be completed in the participant’s own time, prior to an in-class session. This portion will contain quizzes, games and videos to help you understand the material.
After completing the online portion, participants will need to attend an in-class session. Cornwall Basic Life Support (HCP) Program
Coast2Coast offers private Basic Life Support (HCP) training meant for people who work as healthcare professionals. This course is specifically designed to teach participants emergency training in a hospital setting. Learn how to help in an emergency situation such as a trauma, opioid overdose as well as high-performance CPR in a fast-paced environment. The Basic Life Support (HCP) training course is a high-intensity course that must be renewed once a year.
Our private Basic Life Support (HCP) courses in Cornwall are great for workplace and school program training requirements. How can we protect our children in the Cornwall community? Things To Know About The CPR Test
Don't worry, it's not that difficult. It's designed to get you to pass, not fail. You may not even be required to take a traditional test where you answer questions and mark your answer if you take a classroom only course.
Upon successful completion of the two-parts training, participants will receive a CPR+AED certification with two years validity accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council.
